Last Saturday morning, I was awaken by my mom reading something from her phone. I was compelled to know what was going on. So when they told me what happened, I was utterly shocked. Two sons of our pastor, along with their 2 friends, went home with the Lord due to a car accident early Saturday morning.
I don’t personally know the Syyap brothers. I don’t even know their names until last Saturday. I just usually see them on Friday afternoons after class riding and doing cool tricks on their skateboards.
That was the second time I woke up hearing a very tragic news. The same happened to a pastor as well over a year ago.

We’ll never understand why God would allow these tragic things to happen, but we always know that there is a purpose.

Please pray with me for comfort and peace for the Syyap family.
